Founded in 2016, we are a girl's lacrosse program playing against other teams in the Capital District & the surrounding area.

Our season runs from early April (weather permitting) through early June.
We are planning on fielding a (grades) 1/2 team, a 3/4 team, and a 5/6 team for the spring lacrosse season.

The 3/4 & 5/6 teams will play regional round robin tournaments around the Capital District. Our tournaments usually run 2-3 hours and include 3-4 games, leaving the rest of the weekend for other activities. 1/2 will play in scrimmages and round robin tournaments later in the season after developing skills.

Lacrosse is a fast growing, fast moving and exciting sport with a style similar to hockey or soccer. We pride ourselves on creating a fun, inclusive environment. Our volunteers work hard to teach not only lacrosse skills, but to instill the positive lessons and qualities associated with playing a team sport. Come join us! It's a lot of fun! GO BULLDOGS!
